Why do I need to register to shop?

By creating an account with us, we would have all the necessary information to process your order efficiently and it makes it easier to shop with us again in the future!

How do I know what size I need? Are your clothes “true to size”?

Detailed full measurements (in inches) of each item is listed in the description box. You could compare the measurements to a clothing item you already own to help ensure you've selected the right size.

What is the size of your models?

The models Jiar Yi wears size UK14 for top and UK16 for bottoms. Whereas, Jiar Hwei wears size UK18 for top and UK20 for bottom.

How do I place an order?

What do I do if there is a mistake made on my shipping details?

Drop us an e-mail at info@trendyconfessions.com and we will amend the information. An updated Invoice / Order will be e-mail to you.

Can I cancel or amend an item / Can I add an item to my order after I have checkout?

Unfortunately our shopping cart system is not able to neither cancel, amend nor add item(s) to your current order. Do drop us an e-mail at info@trendyconfessions.com to cancel your current order and shopper will have to refill a new order form.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure the delivery details, item(s) selected, color, size and quantity are correct before checking out.

 

 

PAYMENT

What are the modes of payment?

We accept “Online Transfers” and “Cash Deposit” via Cash Deposit Machine for both our bank accounts – Maybank and CIMB.

Kindly inform us of your payment by emailing us the transaction details to
order@trendyconfessions.com this is so that we can process your order for dispatch at our soonest.

Do you receive payment via credit card?

Yes, you can complete your order by placing a payment via Paypal which enables credit card transactions. All service charges will be borne by Trendy Confessions.

How long may I reserve an item? 

Every shoppers has a grace period of 24 hours (1 day) upon order placed to make full payment.

Should you for any reason can only make payment later, kindly inform us by dropping us an e-mail at info@trendyconfessions.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

However, if we do not receive any notification from the shopper, the order/invoice will be void and item(s) will be release back to the website or to the next shopper in Q.

A cancellation acknowledgement will be e-mail to the shopper.

 

SHIPPING

How long does it takes to deliver an order?

Our postage days are daily from Monday to Friday. Packages will be dispatch via Pos Laju our National Courier. Pos Laju delivers every Monday – Saturday (except for the first Saturday of the month).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! If your country is not listed in our shipping details upon checkout, please contact us at info@trendyconfessions.com

Do I have to pay for customs duties and taxes for shipping internationally?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. The recipient is responsible to pay the charges (if any) as prices shown at the website does not include duties and taxes. 

How do I track my package during shipment?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your package has been dispatched with the package’s tracking number and link to track the shipment’s progress.

My order has arrived, however there is a defect / missing / incorrect item(s) in my package. What do I do?

Kindly drop us an e-mail at info@trendyconfessions.com for us to replace / resend the correct item to you at no charge. 

What happens if the garment does not fit?  

We offer exchanges and returns on all products purchased online (expect for Accessories and Sales Items) within 5 days of package received. As long as the tags attached, unworn in any way, unwashed, unaltered and is free from all scent (Click here to know more). Kindly drop us an e-mail at order@trendyconfessions.com
