Terms of Sale

When you place an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions.

An acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you after an order has been placed. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until an e-mail notification as sent to you to inform that your order has been accepted.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to your order. Kindly make sure that your items and details are correct and in order before clicking the submit button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may result from one of the following:

• The item ordered is unavailable from stock.
• Inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
• A frequent deadbeat-er

How To Order

Ordering from Trendyconfessions.com has never been easier! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your account using your email address and password. If you have yet to register yourself with us, you can do so by clicking on “Register Now” at the top right corner of the website. It only takes 5 minutes to register!

2. Click on SHOP and browse using the clothing options on left hand side or enter a product description in the search box on the top right. Our latest items will be on the main page as featured products. To take a closer look at a product, just click on the product image for more information and additional images. Also, look out for any matching or complementary items underneath your selection.
   If you are interested in an item, choose your size and clicks add to cart.

3. If you wish to continue shopping, return to “Shop” page or click on the product categories on your left. If you wish to check out, do check on your order, choose your payment options and then “Submit” order.
    
4. Remember to enter and verify your promotional code if you have one.
    
5. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we are processing your order and another one when your payment has been accepted and another when order has been dispatched.

Payment 

1. We accept bank transfers and cash deposits to our bank accounts Maybank Banking Berhad, CIMB and credit card payments through Paypal
    
2. Please take note that every shopper has 48 hours (2 days) upon placing an order grace period to make payment for the item(s).
    
3. If shoppers for any reason can only make payment later, kindly inform us by dropping us an e-mail at info@trendyconfessions.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
    
4. However, if we do not receive any e-mail from the shopper, the invoice will be void and a cancelation acknowledgement will be e-mail to the shopper. 

Deliver  

1. Our standard deliveries days are Wednesday and Saturday. However, we will try to drop by the post office as soon as we could after receiving your payment.
    
2. After we have dispatched your order, we will send you a notification email with consignment / tracking number stated.
    
3. Track your package here. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the confirmation email before tracking your order.
    
4. Trendy Confessions will not be held responsible for any parcel lost or damaged en route delivery by Pos Malaysia.

5. Please take note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched
    

Returns, Exchange and Refund policy

Returns, Exchange and Refund are applicable for garments and bags if:

1. We have made a mistake on an item sent to you; or;

2. An item send to you was faulty or defect in sewing and damaged.

Please drop us an e-mail at info@trendyconfessions.com to let us know of the mistake or defect within 3 days of receiving the item(s).

For the above scenarios, we will refund the postage charges you have paid to receive the item, unless it was sent to you with other items which you will not be returning.

Returns methods are easy! You can return the items to us by Pos Laju.  However, the return shipping expenses will be borne by the purchaser.

Description of Items 

We aim to describe the item(s) as close as the item(s) physically is.

Please do take note that the measurements, colors and photos stated or post at our site are the nearest approximate figure (in inches) and color as per the item originally is.
